From the moment we met Steven, back in lockdown via Zoom call, we could tell that he and the team were very passionate about what they do and creating an amazing wedding experience for their couples. We immediately fell in love with the exotic and contemporary dual aspect of the Glasshouse, which made sure that the beautiful park surroundings were centre stage. Wanting a traditional venue for our ceremony, the offering of the Royal Pump Rooms for this purpose was a match made in heaven for us, and to know that we were in the capable hands of Just Inspire to coordinate both venues for us was brilliant. Steven was very helpful throughout the planning stages, especially when visiting the venue and suggesting how best to run the day, based on his extensive experience. Even on the day, the little touches like sending the bride a video of where I would arrive at the venue and enter the building were welcome and put us both at ease. On the day, everything went very smoothly. The staff were all extremely professional, yet welcoming, warm and friendly, which were just what we wanted on our special day. Unexpected surprises like the signature cocktails to enjoy as bride and groom in the temperate house whilst guests were seated for dinner were lovely, and looking after the children in attendance by getting out the garden games unprompted was welcome. Everyone felt so well looked after. The food was a particular highlight. So many people commented on how it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. Service was seamless and those that had dietary requirements were very complimentary on how they did not need to prompt or check on the ingredients. The table plan system also made this stress-free in the planning stages. Overall, we had a magical day thanks to Steven and the whole team at Just Inspire. We would thoroughly recommend them and hope to return for an anniversary celebration a few years down the line.

Your advice has been invaluable, and your venue is just spectacular. On the day we were absolutely blown away by not only the surroundings, but the care and attention of you and your wonderful team. We have had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful you all were, how accommodating the venue was for children, and just how perfect everything went. Every single item that came out of your kitchen was delicious! I actually made a comment to Tim that night that we should do it all again just to eat it all once more! The kids (and jealous adults) especially adored their ice-cream sundaes! Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for anything more!”

“We feel incredibly fortunate to have got married at the Glasshouse in Jephson Gardens. The whole team made it a day that we, and our guests, will never forget. From the minute we decided to book the venue we were treated like VIP clients. Steven and his team helped us to create a day that was personal and right just for us, always responding quickly to requests and answering our questions at every step. We felt looked after throughout the whole process: the venue genuinely care about their clients. As for the day itself, wow! Our guests were blown away by the location. We opted for the street food menu and every dish was well cooked and a hit with our guests. The whole team made us, and our guests, feel looked after. One guest said “I feel truly spoilt”. We got married at the Riverside Glasshouse in October and had the best day. We fell in love with this unique venue whilst having a picnic in the park and once we had chosen it we knew it would be perfect for us. Steven and his team were so helpful and responsive in the run up to the day and made us feel so comfortable. The wedding day was so amazing and we were truly able to enjoy every moment of it and this was down to how well everything was run by the venue. The food was fabulous and so many people on the day and after have told us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We cannot thank Steven and his team enough for making sure everything ran so smoothly and we really had such a wonderful day -we would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

“To say we had the best wedding day ever is an understatement. JustInspire inherited us from previous owners and how lucky we were! The attention to detail from Steven andSarah is perfection. When planning our wedding they just said tell us what you want and we will make it work, it was a kinda design your wedding with a little recommendation and we make it perfect. Trust their judgement, they are awesome at what they do. We were escorted through the gates to the front of the temperate house were our cars stayed. Our photos are stunning. The drinks reception was in the temperate house with a live singer. The vibe is lovely. Then onto the breakfast in the main building over looking the gorgeous river!The food omg the food! Perfection. Served on sharing boards perfect for socialising. If you are a foodie this venue is a must, incredible food which sometimes you don’t get from large events. Then the party and wow what a party! These guys threw a good one. The party was in the temperate house, perfect surrounding. Steven was on hand for everything we needed and even helped with a few cheeky photos. Ourselves and our guests are in awe of the incredible wedding they produced! I wish we could do it all again and if we could we would choose this venue and team every time. “The service we received from Just Inspire events was beyond our expectation from start to finish. They had a vision of how everything would be planned out which surpassed what we could have ever imagined. We held our reception at Jephson Gardens (with our ceremony across the road at the Pump Rooms and ran by the same people). Everything seemed to go without a hitch or at least we were unaware to any problems. We started the reception with drinks and canapes and an acoustic duo who performed on the terrace for our guests (and any lucky passers-by!) to enjoy. We then had food which many of our guests commented was the best food they had ever received at a wedding. For mains we had the roast beef or vegetable terrine and for dessert we had the cheesecake. I can highly recommend both! Steve, Sarah and the rest of the team are so professional yet so friendly and will really do their utmost to make your day special (they even had a dance with me at the reception!) 100% recommended”

“We cannot begin to express how fantastic Steven, Sarah, Chef Russell, Ben and the rest of the team at Just Inspire were. The attention to detail and care that they took over helping us form our dream day was amazing. Rather than present us with a package like many venues, they really took the time to get to know us, and came up with some fantastic suggestions to make the day feel unique and special. From taking the care to come up with a sociable sharing wedding breakfast that felt really us, to even finer points such as placing our table in the middle of our guests rather than the front of the room. We’ve had comments from all of our guests about how much they loved the food-my Dad loved it so much he mentioned in his speech! They were completely flexible through all the planning and right up to the day itself. Sarah even stayed later on the night before the wedding when we overran with setting up the decorations and made us feel that it was no trouble. And I believe the bar staff sourced apple sours for some rowdy friends when they didn’t have any behind the bar!The management of the day itself was impeccable. It ran incredibly smoothly-so smoothly that you almost didn’t notice anyone taking care of things, but whenever you needed something someone was always there to help. The venue is absolutely stunning, and they were charming people to boot who made us feel that they were just as invested in making it a great day as we were. They really made our day special and we’re so grateful!”
